Returns and Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Each product in our store is individually made after an order is placed. For this reason, the following return and refund conditions apply.

1. Made-to-Order Products

All items are produced specifically for each order. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Incorrect color selection

  • Change of mind after purchase

We strongly recommend reviewing the size guide and product information carefully before completing your order.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or differs from what you ordered, we guarantee a free replacement or a refund.

To request assistance, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@madeofsaudade.com and include:

  • A clear photo showing the issue

  • If multiple items are affected, a photo (or video) showing all affected items together

There is no need to return the damaged item.

3. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Failed Deliveries

If the carrier is unable to complete delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address, recipient absence, delivery refusal, or other reasons:

  • We may offer a reprint and reshipment for an additional fee, or

  • Issue a partial refund (shipping costs are non-refundable)

Please ensure that all shipping details are correct at the time of purchase.

5. Printing Tolerance

For direct-to-garment (DTG) printed products, a variation of up to 0.5 inches (1.27 cm) in graphic placement is considered normal. Minor variations may occur due to the production process and do not constitute a defect.
